Yesterday I made Applebutter. I used apple cider instead of water when I made the applesauce. Then I cooked down about 10 quarts of applesauce into about 6 quarts of Applebutter. I added half cup of sugar, a tablespoon of cinnamon, a teaspoon of cloves, and a teaspoon of allspice. I can 12 pints taste really great!
