- 1/4 cup hot peppers (minced)
- 1 avocado (cubed)
- 1/2 pound frozen corn (thawed)
- 1 cup bell pepper (diced)

Instructions
- If your corn is still frozen, defrost it in the microwave for a bit. Cut up all the vegetables, drain the beans, and combine everything in a large bowl. Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite salsa. I particularly like salsa verde with this meal.
